Intellectual Property & Design Rights

 

 

All products sold under the RACESAFE LTD brand are protected by applicable UK intellectual property laws.

The structural geometry, mounting configurations, dimensions, functional characteristics and overall design of RACESAFE products are the exclusive intellectual property of RACESAFE LTD unless expressly stated otherwise.

Manufacturing drawings and CAD data are produced in partnership with LaserShape under a legally binding agreement which formally recognises and protects RACESAFE LTD’s sole ownership of all underlying product designs and associated intellectual property.

Where certain components or base items are lawfully sourced from third parties — including but not limited to 3D printed or ancillary components — such items are ethically and legally obtained and subsequently engineered, modified, adapted, integrated and/or redeveloped by RACESAFE LTD to create a distinct RACESAFE product offering. All resulting design adaptations, structural modifications, integration work and finished configurations constitute independent intellectual property owned exclusively by RACESAFE LTD.

Any attempt to copy, replicate, reverse engineer, manufacture or commercially exploit any RACESAFE product — including by removing RACESAFE branding, trademarks or identifying marks — shall constitute infringement of RACESAFE LTD’s intellectual property rights.

RACESAFE LTD retains full rights to pursue enforcement action, including legal proceedings, against any individual or entity found to be infringing its intellectual property.
